"Oh I want to be an art director for fashion magazine"
Yeah I know, that's a huge aspiration for such a tiny young lady. They Ask me why? I always come up with the simplest answer because if I was to try to explain my love for fashion and art, we'd be here for days. I've always been creative and it's always been normal for me to use art as an outlet.
Hopefully this blog will be physical proof of what goes through my head when I look at things. I look for depth and I have the drive to seek out stories. I feel I finally found a career that invokes both the written and expressionism. Let this be proof... I hope it works. I hope you like it.
My name is Yendi. I just graduated from high school and I'm planning on majoring in art and mass communication in college. I get a lot of my inspiration from TCM( Turner Classic Movies), ballet, my friends, NEW YORK, and my mother's fashion sense from when she lived in Jamaica. Watch and you'll see.
